As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will report to the Clinical Manager while delivering ethical, evidence-based nursing care to patients. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential as you navigate complex patient needs and provide ongoing support. Your efforts will significantly impact patients' recovery journeys and overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective nursing care based on ethical standards
• Engage in clear communication with patients and staff




• Participate actively in the interdisciplinary team dynamics
• Manage patient treatment plans and progress
• Uphold all relevant policies and qualified standards

Requirements:
• College of Nurses of Ontario registration required
• Successful completion of RPN medication administration course
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Level C certification
• Rehabilitation nursing education/certification preferred
• Fluent in English and French languages
