Key Responsibilities:
• Research and advise on public disclosure compliance
• Prepare and review public disclosure documents
• Lead legal aspects of securities issuances and transactions

• Oversee external legal counsel activities

Requirements:
• Accredited law degree and practice license in Canada
• Minimum of 7 years experience in-house or private practice
• Familiarity with Canadian securities disclosure
• Experience working on capital markets transactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
