This is an excellent opportunity if you are detail-oriented, passionate about construction, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What You’ll DoReview project documents, including drawings and specifications, to assess waterproofing scope and requirementsPerform quantity take-offs and material estimates for waterproofing systems (e.G., below-grade, foundation, roofing interfaces, plaza decks, etc.)Prepare detailed cost estimates for waterproofing projects, ensuring accuracy and competitivenessSubmit bids and track project proposals to ensure timely and compliant submissionsCollaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information and negotiate costsCommunicate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure alignment on project scopeUse industry-specific software, such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Office, for estimating and documentationMaintain and update cost databases, historical pricing records, and bid tracking systemsWhat You Bring to the TeamA diploma or degree in Architectural Technology,
