St. Joseph’s Health System (SJHS) in Hamilton is seeking a Registered Nurse for a temporary fixed-term role at the Satellite Health Facility.
You will provide patient-centred care, collaborate with an inter-skilled team, and support rehabilitation and discharge planning for elderly patients with complex needs. The RN will adhere to Ontario College of Nurses standards, maintain documentation in patient information systems, and participate in quality improvement activities.
