Your Day to Day Pipeline Development — You will build robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on the Databricks platform (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog) that process data from diverse sources, writing well-crafted, reliable, and maintainable code.
Testing & Quality — You will write well-tested software: automated unit, integration, and data quality tests for every pipeline you ship, embedded in CI/CD, and provide thoughtful feedback on technical solutions through code reviews.
Operational Excellence — You will help run our data platform in production—implementing monitoring, alerting, and data quality checks, confidently leading incident investigations to root cause, and deriving corrective actions.
AI-Accelerated Engineering — You will use AI tools to accelerate your development, testing, and operations work, identify opportunities to enhance team productivity with AI, and share learnings with teammates while mentoring colleagues.
