The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with strong leadership abilities, extensive hands-on experience, and the ability to manage crews while maintaining safety, productivity, and craftsmanship standards.

Job Requirements Lead and supervise carpentry crews on job sites
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Perform advanced framing/carpentry work
Maintain job site safety and enforce OHS standards
Communicate effectively with project managers and subcontractors
Inspect work for quality and accuracy
Supply own hand tools
Steel toe boots, high-visibility clothing, hard hat are all required
