Key Responsibilities:
• Lead oversight of legal staff in expungement cases
• Advise on litigation strategies and procedural frameworks
• Collaborate with agency leaders on policy development
• Conduct and assess complex legal research
• Facilitate compliance with criminal justice guidelines

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor and Minnesota law license
• Minimum of three years in criminal law practice
• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience
• Familiarity with cannabis law and expungement processes
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
