In this full-time role, you’ll function as a Technical Specialist managing various substation projects. Your role demands expertise in developing protection and control designs, and familiarization with high voltage substations. You will prepare project specifications, oversee budget management, and facilitate communication across teams to ensure project success while providing mentorship to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct technical project coordination for substation designs
• Prepare BOMs and specifications for procurement tasks




• Facilitate quality control reviews on engineering deliverables
• Collaborate closely with clients and project stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or specialized training
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience
• High voltage design experience strongly preferred
• P.Eng License advantageous
• Proficiency in essential engineering software tools
