As an Assistant Manager, you will lead a team of 4-12 staff members, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent service. You’ll also be involved in scheduling, training for events, and managing inventory to maintain Subway® standards. Your responsibilities include preparing the restaurant for various promotions while maintaining safety and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide an excellent guest experience daily
• Control inventory and assist with product ordering
• Schedule and supervise restaurant staff effectively
• Plan special events and coordinate necessary training
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and functionality

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Experience in a restaurant and supervisory roles
• Strong communication skills with team members
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Computer knowledge preferred
