Join a dedicated team as an Educational Assistant in our Montessori classroom, supporting Grades 4-8. Collaborate with teachers and enhance student engagement in a holistic educational environment.

We are seeking passionate candidates who will assist in classroom management and provide individualized support to students. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 3:00 PM, starting September 1, 2026. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teachers to support student engagement
• Work individually or in groups to reinforce learning
• Maintain an organized and peaceful classroom environment




• Supervise during recess, lunch, and transitions
• Promote positive behavior management among peers

Requirements:
• Experience with intermediate/middle school students
• Strong communication skills with children and adults
• Highly organized and reliable in support roles
• Interest in learning the Montessori philosophy
• Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
