Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare all meals following production charts and recipes
• Conduct temperature audits for food safety
• Actively plan special meals and events
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions
• Uphold resident rights through quality service

Requirements:
• Must have a Food Handler's Certificate; Red Seal preferred
• Experience in large-scale food preparation
• Familiarity with therapeutic diets and food regulations
• Physically capable of lifting hot items
• Obtain a current Vulnerable Sector Check prior
