Work LocationAtholville FacilityAbout the RoleExciting Opportunity: ElectricianWorking closely with the Lead Electrician and facility teams, the Electrician is responsible for supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical systems across our cultivation and production facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.What you’ll be doing:Performing preventative maintenance and electrical repairsTroubleshooting motors, pumps, lighting, HVAC systems, and controlsSupporting BMS/environmental systems and sensor calibrationsInstalling and replacing plugs, switches, lighting, and other electrical componentsResponding to maintenance requests and urgent repairsSupporting contractors during upgrades and installationsMaintaining organized work areas, inventory and maintenance recordsFollowing safety procedures including PPE and lockout/tagoutParticipating in after-hours and on-call rotationsWhat We’re Looking ForCanadian Red Seal Electrician CertificationStrong electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read blueprints and schematicExperience with electrical tools and diagnostic equipmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBasic computer skills and ability to work independently or in a teamPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in wide-ranging environmentsWhy You’ll Enjoy Working With UsFlexible Opportunities: We welcome people from all backgrounds to join our diverse team.On-the-Job Training: Learn valuable skills that can help you build a career.A Friendly Environment:
