The Opportunity As Director of Finance, you will report into the CFO and serve as a key member of the leadership team and act as a trusted business partner to senior executives. You will provide strategic financial leadership while overseeing all aspects of finance, accounting, planning, reporting, compliance, controls, and team development.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute corporate financial strategy.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-range business modelling.
Deliver meaningful financial insights and strategic recommendations that support organizational objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cash flow,



working capital efficiency, and return on investment.
Support strategic growth initiatives, business expansion projects, and acquisition opportunities.
Prepare executive and board-level reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis.
Financial Operations & Reporting Oversee all accounting and finance functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and financial policies.
Coordinate external audits and maintain audit readiness throughout the year.
Ensure financial data integrity across all operating entities and business units.
Treasury, Capital & Working Capital Management Manage cash flow planning, banking relationships, and capital resources.
Optimize inventory financing, receivables management, and working capital cycles within a complex operational environment.
Monitor financial risks while identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and capital optimization.
Governance, Controls & Continuous Improvement Develop and strengthen internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial systems, reporting tools, and ERP platforms.
Enhance business intelligence and reporting capabilities that support data-driven decision making.
Partner with operational leaders to improve financial visibility and accountability across the organization.
Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Build organizational capability through coaching, succession planning, and professional development initiatives.
Act as a cross-functional business partner, working closely with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and executive teams.
What You Bring Education & Professional Qualifications CPA designation.
Degree in Accounting,



Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Experience Progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including senior-level leadership responsibilities.
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, wholesale, logistics, distribution, supply chain, or inventory-intensive environments.
Demonstrated success leading financial transformation, process improvement, and business growth initiatives.
Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed operations is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of financial planning, operational finance, working capital management, and business performance analysis.
Leadership Competencies Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
