Enhance the well-being of individuals with Autism as an Overnight Awake Support at Kerry’s Place in Belwood. This permanent full-time role focuses on safety and well-being overnight.

You will report to the Manager of Services and Supports, ensuring the comfort and security of individuals during overnight hours. Your responsibilities include monitoring, providing support for daily living skills, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. This position requires flexibility and engagement to meet the needs of supported persons.

Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm adequate staffing and continuity of care
• Remain awake and responsive during assigned hours
• Conduct periodic safety checks of individuals




• Document incidents and coordinate with incoming staff
• Implement behaviour support plans and skill-building strategies

Requirements:
• Developmental Service Worker Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year related experience supporting individuals with Autism
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical support techniques
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
