Heritage Christian Online School (HCOS) seeks dynamic Education Assistants to enhance student learning experiences. In this part-time role, you’ll collaborate with families and utilize your skills in executive functioning coaching, behavior interventions, and differentiated learning. This position may evolve into full-time depending on student requirements and your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach students in self-regulation and executive functioning skills
• Differentiate learning activities to meet student abilities




• Adapt lessons according to individual IEP goals
• Mentor students in social, spiritual, and academic growth

Requirements:
• Training in Inclusive Education or equivalent experience
• Experience with students having ASD, ADHD, and other neurodiversities
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
