Empower girls as the Outdoor Experiences Coordinator with Girl Guides of Canada in a hybrid role based in the GTA, Ontario. You will support experiential learning opportunities and collaborate with volunteers, families, and partners.

In this role, you will report to the Team Lead, Outdoor Experiences, ensuring high-quality and engaging outdoor experiences for girls. Your key contributions will be in administration, data management, and budgeting for programs. Engage with teams to enhance Safety Guide processes and maintain vital communication with registrants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process Outdoor Experience registrations and financial assistance
• Create and maintain training materials and handbooks
• Support staff and volunteers with program facilitation




• Track budgets and manage OE planned program expenses
• Respond to inquiries with positive service standards

Requirements:
• University Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field
• 2-3 years experience in office administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to visit Liberty Village office 2-5 days monthly
• Fluent in French is an asset
