The YMCA of Southern Interior BC is seeking a team-oriented and strategic Child and Youth Manager to oversee our Child & Youth programs across the Kelowna Family Y. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive high-quality participant experiences within Health, Fitness, and Aquatics while building strong staff capabilities and community partnerships.
You will lead program development, implement excellence standards, coach teams, manage budgets, monitor outcomes, and support fundraising.
