Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily work order execution and staff alignment
• Perform shift walkthroughs and end inspections
• Ensure client jobs meet stringent quality standards
• Supervise setup and breakdown of events
• Quickly address any re-service requests from clients

Requirements:
• Minimum four years of experience in a cleaning role
• Effective at managing priorities under pressure
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability to train and guide team members
• High School Diploma required
