You will also support store operations, inventory management, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide engaging and friendly service to all customers
• Guide customers in puzzle selection based on their interests
• Communicate the Puzzle Lab story and craftsmanship




• Handle transactions accurately through our POS system
• Support daily store operations and merchandising tasks

Requirements:
• Detail-oriented with a passion for customer service
• Punctual and reliable in all duties
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
