As a full time Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling dining, wellness bookings, and concierge requests. Your ability to provide accurate information and maintain guest confidentiality will elevate the guest experience, making every interaction meaningful and seamless.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer internal and external calls promptly and professionally
• Assist guests with dining and wellness reservations
• Personalize communications with thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain detailed logs of guest requests within Opera
• Foster cooperative relationships with operational teams

Requirements:
• Experience in luxury hospitality or Guest Services preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail in routine tasks
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Experience using OPERA Cloud or similar systems
