Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary (high) school
Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a cook.

Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and established standards.
Preparing ingredients, including meats, vegetables, rice, beans, sauces, and toppings.
Assembling burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items.




Ensuring proper portion sizes, food quality, presentation, and preparation times.
Train staff in preparation
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Clean kitchen and work areas
Order supplies and equipment
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Manage kitchen operations
