Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily dining room functions

• Train and mentor dining staff effectively
• Ensure the dining area is well-maintained

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Food Handling and Serving it Right Certificates
• Minimum three years in fine dining environments
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
