As a key member of the Trauma & Neurosurgery department, you will enhance your nursing skills in diverse situations, developing personalized care plans and evaluating patient outcomes. The RN is responsible for maintaining communication with care teams, engaging in continuous professional development, and leading change that improves patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient care needs and develop nursing plans
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for effective care
• Engage in critical inquiry to guide nursing interventions




• Support patient education using effective teaching methods
• Contribute to care transition and discharge planning

Requirements:
• Must hold Current General Class Registration in Ontario
• BLS Certification required
• Recent experience managing post-surgical adult care
• Neuroscience Certification preferred
• Proven organization and time management skills
