Saanich Schools is seeking an Education Assistant to work Monday to Friday, 8:40 am to 2:48 pm. You will help create a challenging and safe atmosphere for students, assisting in their personal achievements and educational programs. Opportunities for collaboration and training will enhance your skills while making a difference in children's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging educational programs
• Provide support in student learning and personal development
• Help maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment




• Participate in collaboration time for skilled growth
• May receive Crossing Guard training as needed

Requirements:
• Experience in educational support or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to assist with various student needs
• Ability to work weekdays during school hours
• Commitment to student personal achievements
