As a Research Ethics Associate, you will be key in overseeing research practices at SHA, ensuring ethical standards are maintained. Your experience in research and ability to think critically will support the review, approval, and continuous monitoring of research initiatives, facilitating ethical and effective outcomes in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approve and review minimal risk research projects
• Ensure ethical compliance in ongoing studies
• Encourage and implement creative changes in research processes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Promote SHA’s commitment to quality and safety
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Health Science required
• Minimum one year of relevant research experience
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Ability to mobilize and inspire teams
• Understanding of Saskatchewan healthcare landscape
