Youth Unlimited YFC seeks a dynamic individual for the Youth Worker position to implement programs in a Youth Centre and schools. You'll build essential relationships with youth while creating activities that resonate with their needs. Expect to work with volunteers, advocate for youth through fundraising, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement youth activities in various settings
• Build relationships with community youth and partners
• Recruit and manage volunteers for programs
• Complete administrative tasks like monthly reports
• Advocate for youth through fundraising initiatives
Requirements:
• Alignment with Youth Unlimited YFC's mission
• Robust relational and leadership skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Valid Criminal Reference Check required
