As the Maintenance Team Lead, you will direct maintenance team members, supporting them in the installation and repair of industrial machinery and structures. Your expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems will ensure the peak performance of your facility. You're expected to carry out preventive maintenance and assist team members in troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance team members during installations and repairs
• Oversee testing and repair processes for malfunctioning equipment
• Install and maintain piping systems and related components




• Operate welding equipment and cutting torches for repairs
• Assist with dismantling and reinstalling machinery as needed

Requirements:
• Valid Industrial Millwright License 433A required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manuals
• Experience operating an industrial forklift
• Robust problem-solving skills and mathematical capabilities
• Flexibility to work 12-hour rotational shifts
