TVDSB is looking for a Graduation Coach who will assist Black students in overcoming educational barriers. The successful candidate will engage with students and their families while promoting an inclusive and supportive environment. Your role focuses on guiding students towards graduation and enhanced well-being through mentorship and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for Black students with school staff
• Create culturally responsive academic plans
• Deliver mentoring during school breaks
• Partner with community resources for integrated support
• Complete provincial reporting requirements on student progress

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Humanities/Social Sciences
• Two years relevant experience or equivalent
• Familiarity with local Black community issues
• Strong mentoring and advocacy skills
• Ability to report program data accurately
