In your role as Maintenance Worker II, you will carry out essential preventative and demand maintenance as part of the Facilities, Maintenance & Engineering unit. Your duties will include drywall repair, equipment checks, and minor plumbing tasks. Work under general supervision while ensuring the operational integrity of building systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Repair drywall, floors, and perform painting tasks
• Execute equipment checks for pressure and temperature
• Manage minor plumbing and equipment repairs
• Clean and maintain equipment through disassembly

Requirements:
• Grade 10 or equivalent education required
• Proficient with a valid driver's license
• Power Engineer 5th Class Certificate necessary if needed
