In this temporary role, the RAI Coordinator will manage and oversee MDS documentation practices. You will lead educational initiatives to train the interdisciplinary team through an innovative train-the-trainer model. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and organize the RAI and MDS process
• Provide MDS education and software training to staff
• Monitor and audit MDS assessments for timely completion
• Maintain an up-to-date resident assessment schedule
• Offer hands-on support for coding accuracy to users
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in clinical or managerial roles in Long Term Care
• Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario
• Knowledge of Long Term Care Act and MDS documentation
• Robust leadership and project management skills
