This pivotal role with Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, involves transporting vehicles while being the face of our company during pickups and sales. Applicants should possess robust customer service skills and detail orientation, ensuring a pleasant experience for each customer. You will be responsible for accurately completing customer paperwork and collaborating with team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a Ford F-650 and 5-car hauler
• Address customer needs and resolve issues proactively
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical aspects
• Efficiently complete customer documentation and tracking
• Assist team members with various tasks as needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years vehicle transportation experience
• 2+ years customer-facing experience
• Valid Ontario Class AZ license
• Clean driving record for 3 years
