Become a Test Technician where your contributions directly impact product effectiveness and production integrity. Engage with Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges on-site. You will support the transition from engineering to manufacturing by ensuring that new products are efficiently introduced.

With a focus on process enhancements and troubleshooting, this position is integral to maintaining high-quality standards. A solid foundation in production systems is essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Support new product designs through manufacturing integration
- Evaluate current procedures for accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct first article inspections and communicate with Engineering
- Assist in Engineering Change Orders and design updates
- Work collaboratively with Production Technicians to solve issues Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Technology
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
- Solid background in mechanical/electrical assembly
- Knowledge of Lean principles and RF communication
