Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the coordination and management of appeals
• Support appellants and Tribunal Members throughout hearings




• Interpret and communicate relevant policies and procedures
• Schedule multi-party events and hearings effectively
• Manage case files using a case management system

Requirements:
• Minimum secondary school graduation
• At least four years of administrative experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with case management systems preferred
