Reporting to the Director of Global Die Manufacturing, you will manage and direct all manufacturing activities for pellet mill dies. This includes coordinating maintenance, production, and quality control while fostering a strong team culture at this small facility. Your hands-on approach will be key as you improve existing processes and lead your team towards achieving company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement a vigorous Safety Program
• Develop plant objectives and manage team activities accordingly
• Continuously improve operations, focusing on EHS, quality, and profitability
• Promote a culture of integrity, innovation, and inclusion
• Actively participate in recruiting and onboarding new employees
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of plant production management experience
• Experience with metal machining and MRP/ERP systems
• Strong background in Continuous Improvement and problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field
• Ability to influence and motivate staff at all levels
