In this role, you will report to the Project Controller and work closely with project managers and their teams. Your responsibilities include managing project setup, budget management, client billing, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. A solid understanding of construction revenue recognition and project accounting is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up projects in JD Edwards and maintain data integrity
• Manage cost accruals and journal entries each month




• Prepare and administer comprehensive client billings
• Facilitate audits and compile documentation for oversight
• Collaborate on month-end reports and reconciliations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of project accounting experience
• Understanding of construction revenue recognition
• CPA or equivalent designation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
