This role encompasses engaging with designers and builders, and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product selection and closing sales
• Build relationships with designers, builders, and architects
• Provide timely and accurate quotes and delivery dates
• Meet monthly sales and gross profit targets
• Maintain effective communication during order processing
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or showroom sales
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship building skills
