Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical pharmacy services for optimal patient outcomes
• Oversee computerized patient medication profiles




• Conduct prescription verification using MEDITECH
• Support pharmacy students as a clinical tutor
• Fulfill other pharmacy responsibilities as directed

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required
• Registered with Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Hospital experience in unit dose preferred
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities
• Proven ability to prioritize workloads effectively
