Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized coaching and skill building for program participants
• Monitor productivity, engagement, and support needs for clients
• Conduct job development activities like resume building and mock interviews
• Document incidents and changes in client behavior or health
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum of two years’ experience in human services
• Focus on employment specialist training or job coaching
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Knowledge of relevant services and regulatory standards
