The Opportunity We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is passionate about patient care, motivated, and excited to join a growing clinic. This role is ideal for someone who values collaboration, autonomy, and long-term professional development.
Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered massage therapy treatments
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare practitioners
Educate patients on recovery, movement, and self-care strategies
Uphold professional, ethical,
and regulatory standards at all times
Qualifications Registered and in good standing with the CMTO
Professional liability insurance
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
Interest in working within a collaborative, rehab-focused environment
