Job Description We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager. You will be working closely with our office staff at both Winnipeg and Brandon locations. Building & maintaining a skilled and positive relationship with all suppliers, vendors, architects/drafters, general contractors and subcontractors to ensure that all material, project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
Responsibilities & Qualifications 3+ year experience in the Aluminum & Glazing industry (_asset_)
3+ year experience in Project Management (asset)
3+ year experience in the construction industry _(mandatory_)
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel & Google Workspace
Experience using QuickBooks to create purchase orders (_asset_)
Ordering products for Commercial projects
Executing shop drawings processes with General Contractor/Architect
Creative thinking and problem solving skills
Time management skills with attention to detail
Complete projects within specified deadlines
Current Class 5 Driver?s License and some form of personal transportation (mandatory)
Project budget management experience (asset)
Must currently reside in Canada
