We are seeking a self-disciplined individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. The chosen applicant will be required to join and begin their duties as soon as possible. This role is offered on a regular full-time basis.

The candidate will be responsible for providing information and assistance to internal and external stakeholders and responding to inquiries from the public.
The candidate will be required to exercise independent judgment when responding to inquiries and resolving routine issues.
The candidate will be responsible for processing various forms, including Police Information Checks and Vulnerable Sector Checks.
The candidate will be responsible for issuing certificates and performing a variety of administrative support duties.
Job Requirements
The candidate must have completed Grade 12, supplemented by relevant work experience, clerical training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a similar workplace.
The candidate must demonstrate a minimum alphanumeric typing speed of 6,000 keystrokes per hour with at least 80% accuracy.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
The candidate must possess superior organizational and prioritization skills.
The candidate should possess sound knowledge of the methods, practices, and procedures used in operating PRIME, CPIC, JUSTIN, and Intelliscreen systems.
The candidate will be responsible for providing civilian fingerprinting services.
Additional information
Security and safety
The candidate may be required to undergo a police information check as part of the hiring process.
The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain an Enhanced RCMP Security Clearance.
Work conditions
The candidate will be required to work a non-standard schedule, including shifts between Monday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
