Are you passionate about gardening and enjoying the outdoors? We are looking for a dedicated Gardening Crew Member to maintain and beautify various landscapes.

In this role, you will work alongside a team to plant flowers, care for gardens, and assist with lawn maintenance. Following site plans and focusing on safety will be critical. Your commitment to detail and ability to work in varying weather conditions will help enhance our community’s outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain trees, shrubs, and garden beds
• Assist with edging and seasonal cleanups
• Follow directions from the Junior Project Manager
• Report maintenance needs and keep job sites organized
• Participate in additional landscaping projects

Requirements:
• Clean Class 5 Driver's Licence required
• Solid work ethic and teamwork orientation
• Capability to work outdoors in all weather
• Reliable with good time management skills
• Flexibility for early mornings and weekends
