Education: Bachelor's degree.
Tasks: Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery. Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems. Resolve conflict situations. Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers. Define system functionality.
Computer and technology knowledge: Zoho CRM.
