Description The diverse Legal Counsel responsibilities include: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage and mitigate legal risks for the company.
Work closely with internal teams to provide proactive legal support.
Handle legal disputes and liaise with external counsel as needed.
Stay updated on legal developments impacting the transport and distribution industry.
Provide training and guidance to staff on legal issues when necessary.

Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (domestic and international).




Ability to identify and manage legal risks and compliance matters effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and handle multiple priorities.
Job Offer The Legal Counsel will benefit from: Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $175,000 CAD (depending on experience).
