This position reports directly to the Director of Care, focusing on enhancing the well-being of residents through effective management and collaboration with care teams. You will oversee clinical standards, engage with residents and families, and ensure adherence to safety and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage clinical program areas under Extendicare’s care model
• Develop and implement risk management strategies
• Ensure compliance with all care regulations and standards




• Collaborate on resident care with interdisciplinary teams
• Lead initiatives for quality improvement and resident satisfaction

Requirements:
• At least three years of RN experience in long-term care
• Valid registration with Provincial nursing authority
• Bachelor’s in Nursing or related diploma preferred
• CPR certification necessary
• Strong leadership and communication skills
