The Role Perform comprehensive inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as filter changes, system calibrations, and performance checks to maximize efficiency




Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair or replace components like compressors, fans, thermostats, and electrical wiring
Communicate clearly with customers, explaining options and recommendations
Work on a team of highly skilled home service professionals
Deliver 5-Star service, every time
Represent the AirVantage brand with professionalism and pride — in every home, every interaction, every day
Requirements Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an HVAC technician (required)
Class B Gas Fitter Certification (required)
Valid BC Drivers License (required)
