Become an Exploration Geologist with SSR Mining, working on significant Au-Cu exploration initiatives. Focus on geological mapping, reporting, and ensuring safety while collaborating with a diverse team in dynamic settings.

This role, reporting to the Manager of Canada Exploration, involves intensive fieldwork and data management. You will lead efforts in drilling program execution and geological logging, contributing to accurate assay interpretations and exploration viability. Compliance with HSEC standards is a must to maintain SSR Mining’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and oversee drilling programs in the field
• Conduct geological mapping and drill core logging
• Produce appraisal reports based on assay results




• Manage GIS data with ESRI ArcPRO software
• Verify quality assurance protocols in sampling processes

Requirements:
• Geology Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3-5 years' experience in exploration essential
• Proficient English communication skills required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and geological software
• Ability to undertake extensive travel during exploration phases
