Join the vibrant team at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino as a Breakfast Server. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and efficient dining experience.

Based in Calgary on the Tsuut’ina First Nation, the Breakfast Server reports to the Hotel Food & Beverage Manager or Shift Supervisor. Candidates must have the Alberta Server Pro Serve certification and previous experience in a high-volume foodservice operation. Teamwork, communication, and customer service are essential to create a positive environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and service stations




• Balance cash receipts at shift end for accurate reporting
• Participate in training and meetings as required

Requirements:
• Must possess Alberta Server Pro Serve certification
• 1-2 years of experience in high-volume foodservice
• Familiarity with POS systems and processes
• Robust communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work various shifts
