In this senior role reporting to the Director of Technology Support Services, you will independently engineer and enhance Aviso’s infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and Azure. Your expertise will drive technical design, incident leadership, and improvements in service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Own incidents and operational escalations across diverse infrastructures
• Lead infrastructure projects, including upgrades and migrations
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell,



Bash, or Python
• Provide design input for secure infrastructure solutions
• Strengthen operational controls for backups and recovery

Requirements:
• 5+ years in mid-size or larger production environments
• Hand-on experience with Microsoft Azure services
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools
• Relevant Azure certification or equivalent capability
