As a vital member of the ERS team, the Community Paramedic handles operational responsibilities while reporting to both the ERS Operations Manager and the Provincial Manager of Community Paramedicine. This role emphasizes proactive care, assessment, clinical planning, and bridging gaps in community health services. Leveraging your knowledge, you will improve service access and decrease reliance on emergency departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessment and case management to clients
• Liaise with diverse community organizations for enhanced health services




• Promote access to appropriate care for clients
• Deliver health education and monitoring for clients
• Complete necessary formal educational programs and training

Requirements:
• 3 years of pre-hospital care experience as a Primary Care Paramedic
• Proficiency in an Indigenous language preferred
• Competence in client relations and service capacity
• Valid Class IV Manitoba driver's license
• Basic Life Support certification required
